Role Description
- Own end-to-end payroll delivery.
- Oversee payroll systems and processes.
- Review and govern payroll outputs across all entities.
- Drive continuous improvement across payroll processes.
- Lead and develop the payroll team.
- Support the Payroll Manager with wider payroll requirements and projects.
Requirements
- At least 18 months experience in a Senior Payroll or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to manage competing priorities without compromising quality.
